New Business Account Executive

AdamHouse/OSO is interviewing prospective candidates for an immediate position as New Business Account Executive.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual who can open and manage new accounts and build a career with us. Our clients are (1) regional companies where we function as their full-service marketing and advertising agency, (2) national web properties where we function as their Internet agency, and (3) start-up web enterprises, where we innovate the entire business model and branding.

 Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably selling & servicing advertising/media/marketing solutions; web-based marketing a big +))
• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience

The Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess The Following Skills:

• Excellent work ethic and consultative sales approach
• Articulate and skilled in business writing
• Strong computer skills with current technical knowledge (web/mobile communications a big +)
• Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively
• Team player with ability to coordinate multiple clients/projects
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills in order to present new marketing/program/product concepts

 Compensation:

      • Base salary + uncapped commission
