? Well, today we show you a splendid loft occupying 180 square meters of modern interior space strongly connected to nature and decks connecting the different zones. Captured in between rough stone walls and limestone floors, a steel structure supports glass walls that capture natural light that bounces off textured design elements. Raw materials were combined with sophisticated shapes to create a stunning residence named Loft 24-7. Definitely a long-term commitment is needed for this inspiring space.

the treatment of the walls is varied throughout the main living areas. Some walls are scraped to reveal layers of paint applied over the years, some are covered in white tiles. The kitchen has a mate gold ceiling as its central feature and all the appliances are integrated in a single large marble block. Woods is used for the cupboards for a stunning contrast of materials, while providing a breath of warmth to the space

, the 289 square meter residence can be found in Pamplona, Spain. Curtains propose a subtle change as you walk from one space to the next and seem to hide and reveal a carefully compartmentalized space. Wenge wood was combined with light colored floor and simple color choices to give the interiors a strong, bold character. Playing with light and shadow, transparency and translucency, the architects composed a cluster of spaces separated by the extensive use of drapery. Light was carefully placed to illuminate the simple details, creating a unique atmosphere. Here are a few words describing the space straight from the architects: “
The project involves a space experimentation based on straggling wet rooms and crystallizing them as a pierced canvas in wenge timber, as a true “thick wall”. Furrows and haunting sparkles of hidden piercing in this last stratum conceal timber solidity and dilute it into a suggesting velvet luster, light translucent glass reflections and fogged lace transparencies wrapping and blurring the house

and stretches over a surface of 4700 square feet. The project is the result of a merger between two apartments located on the 14th and 15th floor of a new building in the Paddington Basin in London. According to the architects, the brief was to “
create a contemporary but luxurious interior in cool grays and dark browns, with a series of flexible spaces, particularly in the main living area, where a feature island wall separates formal and informal lounge and dining spaces. Accommodation includes five bedrooms (four of which are en suite); two reception rooms; two kitchens; a guest bathroom and a cinema/media room. Space was maximized throughout with custom-designed furniture fitting the available spaces exactly

Ebony and Leather Defining The Interiors of a Highly Modern Apartment in Moscow
Geometrix Design Architects
have recently presented their newest project , a highly modern apartment located in a famous residential complex in Moscow. The total area of the loft is 152.6 square meters and the materials used for the interior design- leather, ebony wood and stone- blend in perfectly with the strict geometry and precise architectural forms. Abandoning the idea of plain, blank walls, the designers decided to make use of each square inch and divide the space into functional zones, united by a common concept. In the hallway, the closet smoothly flows into the storage room area. Sliding doors of black glass reveal the fireplace or the elegant bookshelves. The lounge area near the fireplace can smoothly be transformed into a home theater, with plenty of room for guests. The lighting units have a metal finish, enhancing the flashy, modern feel of the apartment.
